Digital storefront
MyRashan provides digital infrastructure for participating neighbourhood kirana stores. Merchant-specific catalogue, selling price, availability and offers are controlled by the participating merchant subject to platform policies.
Kirana Parchi and Final Bill
A Kirana Parchi is a request sent to the store. It is not the final payable bill. The merchant confirms availability, applicable changes and the Final Bill before payment/COD.
Pickup, delivery and assisted fulfilment
Availability of home delivery, COD and any assisted fulfilment can depend on store settings, service feasibility and operational rules. Store Pickup may remain available where home delivery is temporarily unavailable.
Formal terms
Refund windows, payment-provider conditions, delivery-credit commercial terms and other final legal clauses must be approved and published before live transactional onboarding.
